Instrument Warranty: All hand-made instruments are warranted to last a lifetime. The owner is responsible for maintaining the instrument. Cracks, splits, and breakage due to fluctuating temperatures and climate are not covered by the warranty. Negligence on the part of the owner such as dropping the instrument is not covered by the warranty. Keeping your instrument in a hard shell case with a quality humidifier in winter, and a dehumidifier in the room in summer, will help to make it last. Instruments that are warped or cracked because of extreme change of temperature and dryness/humidity are not repairable. Repairs may cost more than the value of the instrument. The best we can offer is a 10 % discount on a new instrument.
Instrument Returns: There is a 20 % restocking fee on all hand-made instruments over $1000.00. No returns on instruments under $1000.00. Monies for returns will be refunded when the returned instrument has been sold. This applies only to instruments that have not been damaged, modified or altered in any way and are in the same condition as when purchased.
Repairs: Professional repairs are available on all stringed instruments and bows. Our work is backed by 30 years of experience.
